Crawler crane CW 70.42L Sherpa

Octagonal shape telescopic boom made of Weldox (Strenx) steel in five sections of which four hydraulic extensions, first one is independent and the other three are synchronized. Total boom height from ground 45 m. Total height with lattice extension 58.5 m.

Many work sites need a bulldozer to prepare the terrain for the crawler cranes, the Sherpa thanks to its outriggers can compensate the slopes on any kind of terrains.

The Sherpa 70.42L is fitted with a single block counterweight of 9 ton.

The Sherpa 70.42L is very compact (2,98m wide) and is hauled without removing anything; tracks, counterweight and outriggers remain fitted to the machine.

Standard hook block is 50 ton.

The Sherpa are designed and built to work hard and be reliable, some of them are working in the deep cold of Finland and some others in the hot of Gabon.
