MACHINES FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE UELZENER

At the Exhibition BudTech 2005 (11-14 October) “Interbudtechnica” (Kyiv) presented new trade mark - German company Uelzener (Germany, Sulzbach).

“Interbudtechnica” presented two types of machines by the company Uelzener – versatile plastering station PUTZKNECHT S48.3, designed for rendering as well as self-levelling floor screed filling.

The second presented machine was pneumatic concrete conveyor ESTROMAT 260 DS 4/2 designed for sand, crushed stone, fine-grained concrete and other rigid-plastic bulk supply. Nowadays it is available at our Kyiv stock.

PUTZKNECHT S82 DMV

Powerful and for versatile use diesel or electric-driven screw pump with vario-drive for plaster and rendering, construction site mixtures, ready mixed plaster, rough coat, grout and clay plaster. Performance 15-45 l/min. The machine is equipped with an effectively working compulsory-mixer with bottom flap emptying. Street mobile. Applicable for mixing and pumping of pumpable site mix and pre-mixed materials: render, monocap render, self-levelling floor screed, floor levelling materials, insulation materials, backfilling masses, clay mortar up to grain size 8mm.

PUTZKNECHT S36

Individual mixing time for special mortars and conveying in 2 output steps from liquid to pasty materials made from dry or/and wet components up to aggregate size 4mm: Lime-cement-render, renovation plaster, reinforcement plaster, adhesive mortar, plaster. Ideal machine for adhesive mortars, coatings and decorative coats. Performance 8-15 min.
Mortar hopper 401,2 rubber wheels, tool set, pump outlet D/SKV24, remote control optional by electric cable or air hose.

PUTZKNECHT S30 FR 3 (with compressor)

Pump with variable output from 4 to 20 l/min for pumpable liquid conveying to pasty materials with aggregate size up to 4mm: Plaster, lime-cement-render, renovation plaster, render, reinforcement plaster, adhesive materials, plaster fillers, backfilling of door frames, self-levelling bulk.

PUTZKNECHT S48.3

Mixing pump for machine dry mortars processing, mixing, conveying and spraying of plaster, render and coatings. It is the reliable partner for all those concerned about economy, variety of applications, easy handling, quality and constant operation. Gentle dry mortar transitions into wet consistency ensure continuous work. Smaller and light weight and size and easy disassembly facilitate delivery to the workplace. Comfortable placement of machine components like water- and air systems, water pump, electric control box with automatic motor rotation sense change and safety turn-off promote easy service and examination. Dry mortar container is separated from mixing vessel by easy-moving gate valve with handy bracket and is closed meanwhile the machine is washed.

PUTZKNECHT S44-FU

The economical solution for the small construction site like mixing, conveying and spraying of plaster, render and coatings, compact and very functional. It is the ideal machine for application of pre-mixed materials, plaster and renders, as well as for other pumpable, dry pre-mixed materials.

PUTZKNECHT S44-FU is provided with motor rotation sense change and safety turn-off and single-phase current connection. The mixing pump output can be regulated on-stream.

ESTROMAT 401

Continuous mixing of dry premixed construction materials with Silo connecting flange 250 mm for material from silo or container for processing of dry mortars like render, plaster, adhesive mortar, self levelling floor screed mortar, reinforcement mortar, masonry brick mortar with aggregates up to 8 mm. Mixing capacity from 40 l/min to 120 l/min according to the dosage shaft. Silo flange DH 250 mm, pipe lengths according to time needed for mixing.

The equipment is mounted on the spring suspension with inflatable splints and can be transported as the trailer.

Mixing pump for blending and transportation of mining mortars, fine-grained concrete as bag-ware, for backfilling, injection, repair and grouting works in mines and tunnelling. Consists of worm-type mortar pump, pneumatic or three-phase electric gear-motor. The pump is mountedon the movable support.

Mobile unit with the vertical-mounted bin for interstice filling during the tubing wiring in mining or underground building. It is used together with drilling continuous unit and mortar pump with automatic control, nozzles for thin and thick layer.

ESTROMAT U401 S30

Automatic stationary unit supplies transfer line masonry mortar for finished walls at a house-building factory. Consists of a small bin, mixer.

ESTROMAT 423

Continuous mixing unit for recycling of deposit biological waste witch contains lime. Applies for slime solidification kieselguhr-yeasty wastes. The unit consists of slime hopper, metering pump, mixer. The final product is friable and depository.
