Formwork to cast medium and large
cross-section linings, on-site with an articulated structure
to support the concrete forces.
The self-propelled, hydraulic transport and dismantling
carriage, jet spray system with model "DCL"
distributor and centralized sidewall vibration system.
SELF-SUPPORTING TUNNEL FORMWORK
Formwork to cast medium and large
cross-section linings, with base anchoring using pivot
bolt, loops, or using reusable pins. The self-propelled,
hydraulic transport and dismantling carriage has a telescopic
function or a single section design. This self-supporting
formwork solution includes centralized jet spray and
sidewall vibration systems. Service and maintenance
carriages are supplied to complete the system.
FORMWORK FOR UNDERGROUND DUCTS AND FOR TUNNELS
WITH VARIABLE CROSS-SECTIONS
CIFA produces a wide range of variations.
Articulated formwork, with a transport and dismantling
carriage or platform, if necessary, designed for small
cross-sections; special formwork for large cross-sections
with a continuous or stopped variable profile; handling
carriages on rails, on construction site tyres or on
a standard vehicle chassis.
TELESCOPIC FULL ROUND TUNNEL FORMWORK
Telescopic, "full round"
multi-section formwork ideal to achieve continuous advancement
or block jets. Self-propelled, hydraulic transport carriage
available in the traditional version: "Omega"
type and "America" type. Accessories include:
pneumatic or electric side-wall vibration, jet spray
system with articulated feed piping, service carriages,
concrete mixing trains with Trainmix with a capacity
ranging from 2.5 to 11 mc and trolley-mounted pumps
on skid.
SELF-LAUNCHING TUNNEL FORMWORK
Formwork for open or "Full
round" sections with integrated carriage mutually
linked for the related forward movement along horizontal
or inclined tracks. The system does not require service
rails to be laid or the preparation of a sliding surface
since there are no rotating wheels. This formwork solution
is equipped with centralized jet spray and sidewall
vibration system.
SEGMENT MOULD FORMWORK
STATIC SEGMENT MOULD FORMWORK
The CIFA segment
mould formwork is equipped with a low base structure
with particularly heavy-duty construction and a polished
surface finish covering, side pieces entirely processed
by machine tool, special mechanical centering and handling
systems that enable the tolerances of modern linings
with a hydraulic seal to be met. Accessories include:
segment moulds dismantling and rotation rocker arms,
pneumatic or electric vibration and forced setting stations.
SEGMENT MOULD FORMWORK WITH CAROUSEL-TYPE SYSTEM
The steel moulds
for segments are mounted on special trolleys that travel
along production lines with fixed operating stations
in forced curing areas inside tunnels on several lines
subject to a controlled temperature. The trolleys travel
along the operating line at a speed of approximately
10 minutes where operations to dismantle, clean, lay
the reinforced iron bars, position the insert, jet spray
and surface finish are performed. The supply can be
integrated with a concrete mixing plant complete with
jet spray system, preparation and positioning structure
for the reinforced iron bar cages and a final line to
mark the segment moulds and assemble the seals.
DAM FORMWORK
Formwork or panels with a metal or plywood
facing, supported by fixed or hinged, articulated brackets.
Special components to execute curved sections and to install
vertical and horizontal "water stops". Special formwork
for the accessory works and ducts inside the dam structure and
within the foundations. Special self-raising formwork to execute
the dam facings in RCC (Rolled Compacted Concrete).
FORMWORK FOR MANUFACTURING P.C.C.
BLOCKS FOR HARBOUR WORKS
Metallic formwork to prefabricate port blocks
on-site in compliance with the requests made by the designers.
Shaped formwork for tetrapods, dolos, acropods, antifers, cubic
blocks.... Casting, handling and laying accessories. Special
formwork for wharf and breakwater walls.
FORMWORK FOR BRIDGES AND VIADUCTS
Panel formwork for sequential casting of piers.
Self-climbing formwork for constant or tapered cross-section
high-rise piers. Formwork designed to prefabricate frameworks
or individual beams on-site. Formwork to cast beams and frameworks
on site. Formworks designed to cast curbs and supporting structures.
